Terms of Service

1. The service

PGL ("the Service") is a subscription service billed directly to your MTN Rwanda airtime balance via Direct Carrier Billing (DCB). By subscribing, you authorize MTN Rwanda to charge your account on our behalf according to the plan you select.

2. Eligibility

You must be the account holder (or have the account holder's permission) for the MTN Rwanda number you subscribe with, and have sufficient balance for the applicable charge.

3. Billing

Charges are billed to your MTN airtime balance. A subscription request is not final until confirmed by MTN; we will not represent your subscription as active until that confirmation is received. Pricing is shown on the subscribe page prior to confirming your request.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation requests are sent to MTN immediately and take effect once confirmed. You remain responsible for any charge already confirmed prior to cancellation.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to circumvent billing, or use the Service on a number you do not control.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
